We meet Tobi Laurion in October 2003. A snowy, cold late Sunday afternoon, at her office. By the time we left, we had a few properties to look at. We called her that night and Tobi handled everything that night with a P&S agreement. It was way out of our price range, but she kept saying, “just make an offer”, (“make an offer, again”). Well, the next day it was accepted & we closed in a week. Tobi is amazing!!! She was right. Do what she says to do.
Time went on, 16 years later (2019), we decided to “Move up again” to another property. No hesitation, called Tobi to sell. She was there the next day, said she had two potential interested parties. I had a P&S the next day. Closed in 6 weeks. …She told me exactly what inspections, outside parties, etc., I would need to see, contact, or call next.
